About the talk and workshop

About the talk and workshop

Before screens, slide decks and meetings, we gathered around the fire to tell stories, share knowledge and build community. Alrededor del fuego recovers that essential idea: a presentation should do more than transmit information. It should help people understand, remember and want to act.

Created and led by Luis Albornoz, the programme offers tools for transforming complex ideas into clear, strategic and memorable narratives. It works with narrative structure, simplicity, persuasion, stage presence and the relationship with the audience, combining communication, artistic experience and illusionism as ways of looking differently at how we build attention and meaning.

Methodology

Ideas that lead to action

The methodology develops from each participant's real presentations. The aim is not to learn a formula, but to recognise what needs to be told, remove what distracts, and build a narrative architecture capable of creating trust, enabling agreements and moving projects forward.

Alrededor del fuego has been developed for universities, companies, organisations and innovation settings, including Universidad de Atacama, mining company Kinross and innovation agency catalytic-A in Bolivia. It can be delivered as a talk-workshop or as an intensive six-hour experience, adapting its content, exercises and depth to each group's challenges.

Designed for cultural managers, organisations, foundations, professional teams and community leaders, it begins with real communication problems and works through them in practice.

Because a good presentation does not end when we stop speaking. It ends when something we said remains with the person who listened.
